Rick, I use the ACME setup on my dev box/laptop, except using DW instead of 
Eclipse (so I guess it's ACMD), and it works great for me.

I would see what folks have to say about using Linux instead of Windows for 
your production box, you'll need to think about if you want to bite off that 
chunk.
