You're both right, but right on different points

Sean is saying that Adobe does in  fact care about what developers have to say. 
To that I can't reply to yet as I haven't seen anything to confirm or deny this 
(all I know is Allaire and Macormedia both listened....no reason Adobe 
shouldn't)....time will tell.  I'd say Sean's comment is in regard to altering 
their products based on developers wants/needs (and using them for the Adobe 
site helps push the products)..

Adam on the other hand is saying that waht developers say does not change how 
the company itself is run.  I agree with this for sure.  Adam is absoluetley 
correct that it's all about shareholders and profit etc.  So even if thge 
developers ideas are technically excellent....if it doesn't add to the bottom 
line it will be a tough sell to get it to happen.  The company of course would 
NEVER take developers comments on how to RUN the company.

So even though both parties should grow up a bit ;-)  They are both correct on 
different takes of what is being discussed.
