Yeah I'll have to agree with Eric, I've not worked with the load balancing before, but after many a discussion with some higher level devs and plenty of ISP's I think the general opinion is that software load balancing isn't really very good, I know when talking about up scaling with my ISP they recommended hardware solutions.
Linux to windows though, fantastic move *thumbs up :-D Rawlins -----Original Message----- From: Eric Haskins [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 06 March 2007 19:28 To: CF-Talk Subject: Re: installing CF Enterprise, Load Balancing Etc... OUCH kinda sounds like a step backwards on a couple levels. Of course I am partial to linux on a performance level but the step back from Hardware to software loadbalancing I just do not understand. ~Eric ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| ColdFusion MX7 by AdobeĀ® Dyncamically transform webcontent into Adobe PDF with new ColdFusion MX7.
