Bit of anecdotal evidence here: a friend of mine is color blind. The YouTube signup CAPTCHA took 18 goes for him to get it right. They're lucky he really, really wanted an account. Personally, I get "CAPTCHA anxiety" every time I see one of those things, and I don't have any impairments at all. I would much rather deal with spam accounts in other ways - even using methods that involve more manual work for me/my client - that don't inconvenience users. -- Kay Smoljak business: www.cleverstarfish.com standards: kay.zombiecoder.com coldfusion: kay.smoljak.com personal: goatlady.wordpress.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;160198600;22374440;w Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/message.cfm/messageid:298514 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.4
