No need to defend, I think people were commenting more on mindsets,
than *you*, so to speak.

That's the way I see it, in context.

Defend yourself (shit happens, I've been there), but don't defend a
mindset that is at it's core, unhealthy.

Not that I'm one to talk, but whatever.  :)
