I would add that a company of that size consumes smaller companies each year.... no way they are going to take the time to rebuild everything they aquire in a pet technology. My company has 14-15 people total, but we use a bunch of stuff that's non-CF (word press blogs, email, WebMin, PHPMyadmin, nagios, docWiki....etc).
