A couple weeks ago, someone added a contact to our exchange global address book for our ticketing system. If I send a message to the ticketing system by typing in the address, it works fine. If I send it by choosing that contact from the address book.. POOF! Winmail.dat I sent the above link to our exchange guy to fix this.
