I've just thought of one HUGE reason why it's a problem;
Say 2 people go on holiday at the same time (both on CT-Talk) - this is not
unreasonable... both have "stupid" email clients that reply to everyone
Someone sends a message to CF-Talk, Holiday Person 1 (HP1) email replies
with an "Out of Office", Holiday Person 2 (HP2) email replies the same
Since 2 more messages now hit CF-Talk (the OoO replies), HP1's email replies
to HP2's message, HP2's email replies to HP1's
Now we have another 2 messages on CF-Talk... etc. etc. etc.
Without intervention, this could continue forever, and with other users
posting, these 2 will keep replying to each other on every post
With the standard traffic (250-300 emails per day), this would that the 2 of
them would post to the list replying to each other several thousand times...
Now, how worn out would your Delete key be???
