I look at it a different way.. if I created and charged - and she 
already paid - for the links page, and then she tells you that it doesn't 
work - then I wouldn't charge to fix it.  The exception is that I always 
have in the contract a price to upgrade the pages when a new browser comes 
out that breaks the existing page.  I state what browsers the page will 
work on and a price to make it work on other versions - past or future..
