I guess what I am after is how do the non-technical users find any of the interfaces? I have seen both applications, but my developers point of view is not what I am after, I also have a reserved view about both interfaces in regards to user-friendliness, I have also seen inexperienced/non-technical users use one of the applications and their response was not very good. I'm just after some more responses from you developers that you have seen from non-technical users towards any of the systems. When I say "non-technical" I mean that they are on the level of being able to send an email and no higher than that when it comes to computers.
