Eh? You saying you can't do this? There may be a need to include an Application.cfm like this - shared applications not in the same app scope.
Why I don't advocate it, it can be done and you know as much as I do there is no "best practice" when it comes to ColdFusion development. In fact, never mind spaghetti code - most ColdFusion developers don't get past using cfif, cfquery, cfset and cfloop (another Ben Forta comment) You would be suprised how little some developers know about SQL.
