I currently only have syntax coloring and tag insight working. Although, frankly I am not planning on doing any more work on the plug-in I have as it is mostly a dead-end. There is no way to provide any where near the power one would expect from Eclipse without having a CFML runtime integrated into the plug-in as CFML is very much a runtime language. Of course, once you integrate a runtime then you get a lot more benefits like step debugging and possibly real-time syntax checking. You could also probably get deployment capabilities, but that remains to be seen as CFMX isn't really portable. I did create an ANT script that packages up CFML source and BlueDragon into a WAR and automatically deploys it though.
