I looked at that one too, and I agree. I have another question about
that article. If you look in the paragraph where Eugene writes, "Tsk
tsk." you will see he is suggesting that the residue function is
tolerant and the fit conjunction must be used to force no tolerance.
The Tsk Tsk seems to be noting that the fit use is not properly
documented in the DOJ. But all of the examples give the same result
even without the zero tolerance forced.

Am I right? The current DOJ entry for residue seems to be oriented
toward augmenting residue to allow for tolerance, not removing
tolerance.
