Flowmaster make a complete dual system with an H-Pipe for 68-72 chevelles.
It's like 200 bucks. I have it on my 70 and it sounds great behind the 454.
I remember that my uncle had straight pipes on his Firebird and it did
resonate. He ended up puttin an s-pipe on the headers. I would use the same
set i have if you want it loud. flowmaster H-pipe system with 40 series
mufflers. It's not that bad in the cab when cruising at 55-60 mph. It only
real loud inside when accelerating from a dead stop.
