It was me who had the straight pipes. Exact same setup you are proposing 
except I have Dynomax Turbos & no turn-downs (yet). With everything nice & 
tight I get fair to moderate resonation @ around 1100-1300 RPM @ 25-30 MPH. 
It's annoying not to mention embarrassing when I come home & have to cruise 
through the neighborhood @ 25 MPH sounding like a B-51 bomber. I have been 
wondering if it's as loud outside as it is inside. Anyone here know?
