Thanks for breaking down those step like you did Jeff; because I have been
wondering about using that metal ready.  I have asked and researched, and
beforehand been told that you have to rinse the metal ready after using it;
before applying the POR15.

By your description it seems that you leave it and paint over it, or am I
not understanding what you meant ?  Anyway I painted over it and have until
now thought I should have hosed it off.

Since I am "still" not sure, how do you all see it ?
