SO THE 2-PART EPOXY PRIMER WITH A URETHANE TOP COAT, (ASSUMING A SANDBLASTED
SUBSTRATE) IS MORE DURABLE THAN POR-15?  WHAT IS THE AGGRAVATION FACTOR OF
THIS PROCESS VS. POR-15?

DP40LF is a two part epoxy primer made by PPG. Actually, I prefer DP90LF
which is the same product in black. Then I would use a urethane black over
it. The nice thing about using a urethane black is you can choose your level
of gloss.
