Has anyone had any experience in refurbishing the main wiring harness under the hood? Mine was in pretty good shape despite the fact that it is over 30 years old and essentially only needed to be rewrapped with electrical tape. At several locations, there are wires covered with a woven material to insulate them from manifold heat. One is between the starter and the fire wall. Another is to the temperature sensor.
