Michael, thanks for posting this, I had no idea they'd hold up to that much power. I'm gonna forward this to the other lists....   Kelly & Jana Hanna El Camino Country www.hannawoodworks.com Hi Lojac, I have the Tremec 5speed TKO in my Chevelle, behind a 550hp/550ft lb 454, and I love it.  It's a very strong, great shifting trans, and is a true Overdrive.  5th is 0.68, whereas the Richmond is a 1:1 5th.   The TKO version is rated at 525 ft lbs, where the Richmond is rated at 425-450ft lb.
