Tim, If you look at the dash there are 9 screws that run around the dash under the dash pad, remove these and the 2 bolts that are under the dash at each end, remove the cover that is under the the steering column, where it comes throught the bottom part of the dash, there is a small bracket that holds the steering column up, take these off. (Two nuts) the dash should drop down, the switches are mounted to the dash strip that is attached to the dash, and at this point all of the switches are reachable from the top, this whole procedure takes me about 20 min.
