Kurt, I just replaced the dash wiring harness on my 64 and there wasn't any
circuit breaker. I don't think there is one in the switch but could be
wrong. All my trouble turned out to be the fuse block itself. Sometimes I
would have power and sometimes not. The fuse connectors were rusted really
bad. I  could see it sparking when it was dark. Cleaned that connection and
it helped but still went ahead and got another one and haven't had any
trouble since. Just my 2 cents. Vernon
