It sounds to me like you want to have some fun with it or you wouldn't be drooling when you think about the 327 and looking for Rustang GTs! If you've ever looked at my web page, I'm sure you know what I'm going to suggest... build the 327, have as much fun with it as you can (life is short) and if you have a boat, use that 307 to anchor a mooring bouy!
