$1300 is cheap for anything these days. If it was in as good as shape as you say, I'd consider it.
Now if it was hacked to hell, and the body was all beat up, I'd think twice. I'd rather pay more and have to do less body work. Engine/tranny working? It does have the wood steering wheel. 13617 on the cowl tag so it is a clone but it is all there.
