I went with the lockup converter in mine.  B&M makes a speed
sensor kit that mounts in the speedo cable.  It reads the speed of the
cable & has a variable setting to let you dial in the lock-up to any
speed you want.  Once you set it the first time it will lock & unlock
automatically.

I went with the NON-lockup converter based on the rebuilders 
recommendations.  It works fine for me but I would imagine if I would 
have gone with the Lockup and a manual switch gas mileage would have 
gone up a few MPG if I could keep my foot out of it.
