When I redid my El Camino I was told that
the shafts on the replacement door handle buttons (M1390A) at about 4 and 3/16
inches from end to end were too long. I have some new buttons (M1037C) that
measure a total of about 3 and 5/16 inches long. If anyone has their 1964-67 or
1968-72 El Camino door handles apart, can you tell me how long the button and
shaft measure end to end and the year of your EC? I am hoping that these new
shorter buttons will also work for El Caminos. Thanks, John Nasta |
