Laws to change state to state but.....Why couldn't you do a transaction in
one day ? I flew to Corona, California-gave the guy cash-he gave me the title
and I had transport company load the vehicle. What's so difficult about
that ? Registering a car may trigger insurance but titling a car shouldn't as a
title is only showing proof of ownership . I don't think there is a law
that states you can't own a car and not drive it.My insurance company gives me
30 days to insure a new vehicle.
