Hi Larry, Your big block does look great.  Please tell me about your plug wire guides.  Do you know if there is something similar for late model small blocks?  Do they screw onto the side of the head? The air cleaner is a combination of a drop down base, a 14x2.5 inch K&N Filtercharger, and the top is a K&N X-stream filter top that is supposed to add 500+ cfm of airflow. I also bought the MSD p/n 35379 for the big blocks which are 8.5mm spiral wound 50 ohm wires with the bendable ends. They are red with gray boots.   As a sidenote about MSD as a company, when I assembled my engine, I took it in to have it dyno'ed. In the process, I lost my coil wire. Not being able to find a suitable replacement at Summit, I called MSD. They sent one out at no charge.
