I think we may go to the vet though because he never is sick during the day. It's always late afternoon and evening and then he's throwing up and diarrhea. He hasn't had a normal stool since he's been home and hasn't eaten but that once just now, seems fine, but then he always does in the daytime. Come night, he won't eat and throws up and has diarrhea. He hasn't pooped all day...peed once early this morning but that's it.

Once he is eating good, you can mix his chicken with what ever you were feeding him and then remove the chicken all together. OR just continue to give him the chicken with his food. He will love you for life.
