I'm going to bite this one. First off - can you get rid of Dad ? Just kidding. What exactly is a reindeer chi? A Chihuahua has no business being outside. They do not smell. Why would you dare expose a tiny dog to all the outside elements? Mosquitoes and heartworm? Fleas , parasites , and not to mention predators that a Chi cannot defend themselves against. Seriously, you should not own a chi and let them live outdoors. For the chi's sake , if Dad will not compromise.....find the dog a home.
