thats soo true. I have had dachshunds that were big diggers. I was in no
way saying a fence would have stopped this. I am a vet asst and cry with
the owners when this happens as most of the time they have been coming
in to see us their whole life and i am not one of the cold hearted ones
that feel nothing. It pains me almost as much as it does the owners
