I am in georgia. I already started looking for one,but seems everyone has males right now. I can't pay more than 300.and would like to pay no more than 200. there are a lot on the internet for 300+all the way to 3000.00 !!! The rescue organizations online, most of them say "no small kids". I have kids (10,4,2)so my best option is going through a private breeder (who doesn't mind) or the newspaper. I would rather get a rescue,ESPECIALY an already grown female (housebroken), but their so picky about kids(and I DO understand why,but mine are good w/little dogs). If anyone is in ga or SC ,and knows of a little girl(I'l consider a boy )that would like a house of 3kids,a mom&dad,2cats,and some mice,to be spoiled rotten,and get to sleep in everyones beds like Sugar did...(and be INSIDE)please let me know. I will buy one of those puppy playpens,or mini dog fence things for going outside potty,and being contained. I wish I had thought of that before......thanks !
