As far as chicken ,ect....a lot of people have good success on a the raw or barf diet. But, the best idea I have come accross for weight management.. .and this was told to me by the vet when we took mom's Chiffon in to do something about her overweight.. .....is green beans. We were told to cut back on her dog food, but allow her all the green beans she wanted. Green beans have no calories or anything..are mostly water...so they fill them up and make them feel not hungry. Just make sure the cans are plain green beans in water with no additives... ..
