I am teaching our Chi's to walk on the treadmill...since Winter is coming up walks outside will be nuts!! Definitely cut back on the table scraps, lol. As far as chicken,ect....a lot of people have good success on a the raw or barf diet.But, the best idea I have come accross for weight management.. .and thiswas told to me by the vet when we took mom's Chiffon in to do somethingabout her overweight.. .....is green beans. We were told to cut back on herdog food, but allow her all the green beans she wanted. Green beans haveno calories or anything..are mostly water...so they fill them up and makethem feel not hungry.
