Try spraying Bitter Apple on your hands or whatever she chews.  Most dogs don't
like the taste and will stop biting or chewing.  You can get the stuff at Petco
or Petsmart.  You can still firmly tell her "no" when she bites but I would try
the bitter apple and see if that works. Good luck!

I am haveing a little delema with Dora. Keeping in mind i like the
fact she is so full of life and enjoys everything and i dont want that
to change. She does know what no means and she stays when i go
outside. Working on come. The delema i have is that she uses me for a
chew toy and sometimes it takes a multitude of nos to get her to stop.
I know people on this group has said to hold them down until they calm
down. my husband does this and it works but the look on her face kills
me. she is quiet for a long time after. I am concerned that it will
change her. I dont want a trained dog like on the dog whisperer. they
only move when he lets them. i like an independent dog. is this going
to hurt her. I also want a good dog. Sorry this is so long.
