We trained Daisy not to bite by "yelping" and turning away when she did
bite.  That's sort of how her littermates would react if play got too
rough.  Daisy now even knows how much mouthing she can get away with (all in
play, nothing painful as to break the skin).  If she happens to get
overzealous, I say "be nice" and she'll immediatly stop using her teeth and
instead lick my hand.
