Surely the poster meant this humorously, as in Chows are very tough and frequently agressive dogs, and little chihuahuas can sometimes exhibit these same traits. Just an aside on Chows, I have found their agressive actions to be particularly problematic as it is so very hard to read their faces and body language. I can deal with a rough pit because I usually know what he is thinking from reading his face and body so I am a step ahead of him, but not so much with Chows.
