dunno...but your sister sounds like my husband...I never really used the term Bi polar around my family and friends, they told me he was...I really never looked it up so have no idea what it is...I just know he can be fine one minute and then go bonkers the next...our close friend told me my husband's really changed...not the same person he used to be but he has always been nasty to me so I see no difference really... She has double personality…very sweet to others. When we were younger, everyone loved her…sweet girl. At home…different. Maybe it goes back to when she was a teenager? I wonder if double personality is a precursor to bi-polar.
