Thnaks guys so much for the experienced advice / commments. I looked for a harness and could not get one to fit locally. I would never take her for a walk- too small with collar....it was for potty training as she RUNS after everything and FAST- it was for safety. I think I will have to purchase a dog playpen and that way I know she is safe for the quick runs out to potty.
