14 pin SMD

Hi Lists   Greetings   following are the 14 pin smd chips used in a linear encoder, (scale) signals from the opto sensors are fed to this prior to connections to circutry, interface circuits I presume. I need the assistance ;    Data on the chips and source   IP1M12/IP2M12D    my search amongst dealers suppliers and on the engines have drawn a blank so far. Thanks Hemang
