I don't know about the rest, but all I did was typing IP1M10 on google and I got an instant hit at:
www.semelab.co.uk/pdf/linear/IP1M10.pdf
It says this animal is a dual H-bridge power driver.

Judging for Hermang's physical description, looks like this is it.
