You didn't give us enough information to be intelligent, so obviously you 
want a stupid answer; Here's one.

I don't like it - they seem like batch numbers to me. No date code? No logo?
5V or more? Negative supply? Check for the obvious - xor gates, drivers, 
inverters, buffers, schmitt triggers, even opamps. Otherwise they could be 
miniature cpus :-(
