You can request the second one via the Chipdir. Type the number in the box on page: http://www.chipdir.org/js/reqchip.htm Check the box 'restrict search to items with the same prefix', or you'll get a lot of 1Mxxxx parts and then follow the rest of the requesting procedure. The part seems to be made by SML. These requests/orders are actually handled by my partners of Midwest Components in the USA. They can only deliver serious amounts of chips (>$200), because these chips are not in their stock but have to bought from other chip brokers or even from other brokers' OEM clients.
