Hallo Jan,

As a consequence of my hollydays, my reaction is late:

I got the book "Industrial Electronics Handbook" by dr R. Kretzmann, 
published by Philips Technical Library (which did not exists 
anymore). In that book 5 pages are devoted to Senditrons. The shape 
is as a H, but there are more electrodes. If you are interested, mail 
it and I will try to scan these pages.
