I have exausted all of my extensive resources in search for a Motorola MJE720 transistor in a TO-126 case for a 400 watt per channel BGW 750C power amp. I am having absolutely NO luck finding any info on it.
Does ANYONE have a source or as a LAST resort a legitimate sub.
It is functioning as the bias transistor with 300 volt MJE340 and MJE350 complimentary devices as pre-drivers in the same case style which I had no trouble obtaining data for.
Any info would be appreciated.
