Seeking a data sheet for an IRF147 HexFet, N channel, TO-3 package.
I have a box of these purchased several years back for a project that went
on the "back-burner". They have apparently gone obsolete in the mean time.
No luck here, with Google, International Rectifier, DigiKey (used to list
them), Newark (bought them there), etc. etc.
These are big healthy N-channel MosFets in T0-3 package. Probably 150W
dissapation, 50-100 Vds, Id around 25-50 Amps.
Help message dispatched to IRF, but still no reply.
Anybody know where a data sheet can be found.
