Hmm, maybe that's why I can't find it!!  Thanks for the catch.  Careless
reading of sloppy markings on the package lead me astray.

Yes, the part is IRF143.  I was able to find a cross reference to a newer
part at IR, but am still looking for IRF143 data sheet so I can design
around the existing stock.
