Manufacturer=Samsung
VDS=80V
Rds = 0.1 ohms

Manufacturer=Motorola

VGS=20V
ID(A)=24
PD = 125W
RDSon = 0.11 Ohms
The Motorola spec gives a large number of other specs, and there is the
feeling that they actually did a data sheet at some time in the past.
Samsung data is very spartan.
