Are you sure of the number? IRF147?

I have two excellent sources for this period, a 1986 Power semi
databook, and a japanese book that lists _every_ fet. Both skirt your
number (IRF143......IRF150).

Just googling I find something in usbid and doom.com
www.usbid.com/catalog1/page.cfm/147/9
www.doom.com/d1/dm2458.htm

Try those.
