Dear Members,
More information from me, when the power plugged in just before press start
push button, the voltage at the big capacitor (may be the rectified output)
was 5 V. But when the start button pressed, it disappeared (0 Volt) and the
flashing DC-IN LED begin...
Any way, is there any another way to by-pass the internal PS system, eg.
connect an external 5V regulated PS to the board, etc...
I appreciate for any suggestions.

Thanks & regards,
Agus

When this switching PWS start to fail, very often the
charge caps are the reason. Switching PWS rely on the
very low ERS of their switching capacitors, as they get
older, their efficiency go low as well. Sometimes replacing
the switching transistor is the reason, they seem to a
tendency to burn-out without going totally defective,
so PWS works, but .....

Just a thought.
