My "Signetics Integrierte Schaltungen" "Valvo Handbuch" from 
1976 with about 1000 pages doesn't have anything related to
this numbers you gave.
There are LH2201, LH2208, LH2208, ULN2208 and ULN2209

rare naumbers, I have never seen.
